Sushi Bar on L’Acadie Boulevard is
our team of talented sushi men that is lead
by 2 Sushi Chefs Vuthy Un and Long Cong.
Vuthy started
his culinary career at the age of 18 years
old. In his early years he has worked in
various Japanese restaurants and finally
established his career at Mikasa for over
5 years. His commitment, hard work and talent
in has made him valuable to Mikasa and well
respected through out the sushi industry.
He has developed and expanded Mikasa's menu
by introduction new contemporary sushi ideas
that are delightful, beautiful and scrumptious.
One of Vuthy's greatest pleasures is the
time he spents behind the sushi bar where
he offers to his guests the experience and
knowledge of his specialized craft. His
eagerness to explain, demonstrate, and discuss
his preparations has cultivated an impressive
list of clients who come for the food and
friendship.
Long is
our newest member of Mikasa's sushi bar
team has done some soul-searching before
grounding his expertise’s at Mikasa.
Developing his 12 year culinary skills from
other reputable and well-known restaurants
in the Montreal area, Long has brought new
twists to the already mouth-watering menu.
Long has now taken his respectable talents
as an executive sushi chef to Mikasa by
creating unique and specialized sushi and
fusion Japanese dishes. Long's creative
and ambitous personality is a definite asset
to Mikasa’s team of sushi man.
